Technical Support Specialist

This critical position involves work relating to the use of personal computers and related equipment by employees of the Charles County Sheriff’s Office. The employee receives supervision from, and reports directly to, the Technical Support Manager. 

 

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

Associate’s degree in computer Science or related field. Two (2) years of experience in support of micro-computers and advanced knowledge of various operating systems used with PCs. A+ Certification is desirable. Must be available for 24-hour emergency call outs regarding division issues for the Agency and County Emergency Services.
