Summary:

A Recruiter at the Hire Road is the backbone of our organization. This is an entry level position for an aggressive and competitive college graduate who is looking for a career in sales or management. In this position, you will be provided with all the training, tools, and resources to become a highly successful business professional within the staffing industry.

 

Technical Recruiter must have a bachelor's degree and be comfortable with spending a considerable amount of time on the phone

 

Recruiter Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills 
  • Must be comfortable with spending considerable amount of time on the phone building rapport, negotiating and selling Hire Road’s service offerings to perspective candidates and clients 
  • Must be comfortable with working in a competitive environment where daily activity is recorded and measured 
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel 
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment 
  • Desire and motivation to grow into advanced opportunities

 

Recruiter Description:

  • Create and/or edit job descriptions and follow internal process               
  • Build and maintain relationships, with, candidates, hiring managers, and leaders to understand their business needs
  • Utilize job boards, LinkedIn and Indeed, social networking sites and other resources for building a pipeline of talent
  • Build networks as well as other innovative sourcing techniques to find qualified passive candidates
  • Researches and recommends new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
  • Document all activity within ATS (Bullhorn)
  • Coordinate and schedule virtual and onsite interviews
  • Responsible for reviewing resumes, screening candidates, reviewing qualified candidates with Account Managers
  • Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools 
  • Responsible for maintaining detailed recruiting activity, applicable metrics and candidate management, including required documentation within the applicant tracking system
  • Responsible for meeting outbound calls, phone interviews, total hires and time-to-fill initiatives and other talent acquisition metrics on a monthly basis
