We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architect join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity, and technical expertise. You will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of a wide range of building projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Development: Create detailed architectural designs and plans, ensuring functionality, sustainability, and aesthetics.
- Project Management: Oversee project phases from initial design to completion, including managing budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs, present design concepts, and make necessary modifications.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as building codes and standards.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents using CAD and BIM software.
- Site Visits: Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure projects are on track.
- Sustainable Design: Incorporate sustainable design principles to minimize environmental impact and promote energy efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: working towards becoming Registered Architect.
- Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, and/or BIM. Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
- Creativity: Strong creative and analytical skills, with an eye for detail.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary Range: $95,000+/year
