We expect you to be: Graduates of 2026 and above are preferred, with a bachelor's degree or above.
Be able to support Momenta's campus recruitment and intern recruitment work online with timely communication.
An AI enthusiast: understand autonomous driving, identify with Momenta's corporate culture, and recognize the development prospects of autonomous driving.
A talent-positioning expert: Members of relevant labs/research groups/institutes/associations in fields such as vehicles, robots, autonomous driving, artificial intelligence, and software engineering are preferred, and those who can accurately target Momenta's recruitment targets; or students who have held positions in the school's employment office/career development center are preferred.
A competition master: Those with award-winning experiences in relevant competitions such as ACM and RoboMaster are preferred.
An academic talent: Those who have published papers in top international academic conferences or journals or obtained patents in related fields are preferred.
