Office Assistant - CBA
Position Type: Federal Work Study Only
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational assistance to the Director of the Charlton Center.
- ADMINISTRATIVE and OPERATIONAL
- Coordinate and monitor online registration of students for June 2025 Investment Summer Camp.
- Develop and maintain contact spreadsheets for high schools.
- Draft correspondence as requested -Make phone calls to various contacts as requested.
- Create and distribute event flyers -Serve as Administrator on Zoom and Webinars.
- Provide administrative and operational assistance to various Charlton Center programs as requested.
- Maintain inventory of office and marketing supplies.
- Prepare giveaway bags as requested.
- Maintaining physical and digital files and ensuring accessibility and accuracy of information Provide other support as requested.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be proficient in writing and speaking English.
- Experienced webinar and Zoom administrator.
- Skilled in Excel and Word.
- Personable and Professional.
- Dependable self-starter able to work independently.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Organizational skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Interpersonal skills.
Physical Requirements:
- May require light lifting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Student in College of Business Administration preferred, but not required.
