Office Assistant - CBA

Position Type: Federal Work Study Only

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Provide administrative and operational assistance to the Director of the Charlton Center.
  • ADMINISTRATIVE and OPERATIONAL
  • Coordinate and monitor online registration of students for June 2025 Investment Summer Camp.
  • Develop and maintain contact spreadsheets for high schools.
  • Draft correspondence as requested -Make phone calls to various contacts as requested.
  • Create and distribute event flyers -Serve as Administrator on Zoom and Webinars.
  • Provide administrative and operational assistance to various Charlton Center programs as requested.
  • Maintain inventory of office and marketing supplies.
  • Prepare giveaway bags as requested.
  • Maintaining physical and digital files and ensuring accessibility and accuracy of information Provide other support as requested.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be proficient in writing and speaking English.
  • Experienced webinar and Zoom administrator.
  • Skilled in Excel and Word.
  • Personable and Professional.
  • Dependable self-starter able to work independently.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • May require light lifting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Student in College of Business Administration preferred, but not required.

Anticipated Schedule: 

  • Flexible
