Position Overview: As a Therapist at THRIVE Wellness and Recovery Inc., you will play a crucial role in providing therapeutic interventions and support to some of our community's most vulnerable individuals. Your expertise and compassion will contribute to the holistic treatment plans designed to help patients achieve wellness and sustained recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to formulate personalized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based therapy modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of patients.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated and coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.

Requirements
- Current valid New York State License through the Department of Education for LMSW, LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, LMFT, RN or LCAT.
- One year experince working with individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders. Child or adult popluation.
- Strong commitment to ethical practice and client-centered care.
Salary Description
$58,500-$62,000 Yearly
