$10,000 Sign-On Bonus + available $350/mo Housing Stipend for FT Perm positions

We are opening a brand new construction Level IV Trauma Center Hospital in Fraser, Colorado near world class Winter Park Ski Area and nearby Rocky Mountain National Park. Description: The Registered Nurse providing care to the inpatient population(s) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and coordinating patient care from admission to discharge in the Emergency Department, Acute Care, Skilled Nursing, and Long Term Care settings while utilizing accepted standards & protocols of Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) (or equivalent), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) and Certified Emergency Nursing (CEN). The Registered Nurse is responsible for the achievement of patient outcomes through the implementation of clinical pathways. Available for on-call duty.

Requirements:

Education:

• High School graduated or GED Equivalent
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.
• Employee is responsible for Annual skills review / competencies as required by the department

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• Licensed as a professional Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado or Compact State Licensure
• For Compact Licensure- Full, Part Time, and PRN Staff must have Colorado RN License within 6 months of hire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care providers
• Advanced Care Life Support (ACLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Care Life Support (PALS) within 6 months of hire
• Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) within 6 months of hire
• Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) within 1 year of hire preferred

Experience:

• 1 Year of Emergency Nursing Required

MPH will cross train to medical-surgical departments, medical-surgical department experience preferred

Compensation: $34.00 – $57.69 per hour $10,000 Sign-on Bonus for FT Perm * Available $350/m0 Housing Stipend for residents of Grand, Summit and Jackson County.

Status: Full Time/Part Time Nights; PRN Days/Nights

Location: Fraser, Colorado
