Custodial Services Office Assistant

  • Perform general administrative office duties, including filing and copying.
  • Answer the main office phone, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate staff members.
  • Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed.
  • Distribute mail and office communications.
  • Assist with organizing office supplies and maintaining a tidy workspace.
  • Handle basic cleaning tasks such as wiping down surfaces, restocking office supplies, and vacuuming.
  • Support office staff with special projects as assigned.
  • Laundry of towels and mop pads.
