Custodial Services Office Assistant
- Perform general administrative office duties, including filing and copying.
- Answer the main office phone, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed.
- Distribute mail and office communications.
- Assist with organizing office supplies and maintaining a tidy workspace.
- Handle basic cleaning tasks such as wiping down surfaces, restocking office supplies, and vacuuming.
- Support office staff with special projects as assigned.
