Responsibilities
Oversee the planning, design and management of architectural projects.
Supervise design team and coordinate with other departments through project completion.
Prepare architectural drawings and specifications.
Conduct field inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design standards.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
Manage budgets, timelines and overall quality control of a project.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field from an accredited institution.
Professional Architect License (AIA or equivalent) is preferred.
Proven experience in project management within the architecture industry.
Knowledge of Revit and other computer-aided design programs.
Strong understanding of design principles, building codes, and construction processes.
Ability to meet and communicate with clients, contractors, community members, etc. regarding project designs, schedules and costs.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and architectural design tools.
