Dr. Cornille’s research group in the Division of Science at New York University Abu Dhabi seeks to recruit a PPTP starting from now on. The successful applicant will :

* Run statistical and bioinformatic analyses on sequenced and genotyped data.

Interest(s) in one or more of the following is strongly desired:
• Population genetics
• Evolution
• Bioinformatics
• The ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams and scientific creativity are essential.
• Pursuing a capstone project the following year(s).

Dr. Cornille’s research group, ECLECTIC, is on a mission to uncover the secrets of fruit trees worldwide. They study how wild and cultivated trees adapt to global challenges like climate change and parasite invasions.
