Role Overview

We are seeking a licensed and passionate Mental Health Clinician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality, client-centered care while embracing a holistic and culturally responsive approach to therapy. Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy to clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions.
• Utilize a culturally affirming and trauma-informed approach to therapy.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, supervision, and ongoing professional development.
• Collaborate with community organizations and referral sources to enhance client care.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical guidelines as outlined by licensing boards and professional organizations.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active licensure as an LGPC, LMSW, LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LCSW-C or equivalent in the state of Maryland (or ability to obtain licensure within 30 days).
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in mental health settings (can include internships).
• Strong commitment to cultural humility, anti-racism, and social justice in mental health care.
• Experience working with BIPOC communities, LGBTQ+ individuals, and other marginalized populations preferred.
• Training in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or Mindfulness-based approaches is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.

Compensation:

• We pay 50-70% of the insurance paid rate.
