Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Social Media Clerk to assist our business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our online presence, including:
- Regularly updating the firm's LinkedIn, website, and other digital platforms.
- Coordinating and scheduling speaking engagements, appointments, and client or community events.
- Preparing marketing materials to promote services, events, and educational content.
- Creating presentations for internal and external use, including client briefings and public seminars.
- Assisting in the development and execution of media and marketing campaigns, including digital advertising and newsletter outreach.
- Supporting event planning and logistics, such as venue booking, invitations, and follow-up communications.
- Engaging in community outreach efforts to increase visibility and cultivate professional relationships.
- Tracking and reporting engagement metrics and suggesting improvements based on data insights.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, to promote the firm.
- Basic knowledge of web content management and marketing tools.
- Knowledge of how to use Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
This is a part-time position, ideal for a candidate looking to work in a fast paced business environment.
