Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Social Media Clerk to assist our business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our online presence, including:

  • Regularly updating the firm's LinkedIn, website, and other digital platforms.
  • Coordinating and scheduling speaking engagements, appointments, and client or community events.
  • Preparing marketing materials to promote services, events, and educational content.
  • Creating presentations for internal and external use, including client briefings and public seminars.
  • Assisting in the development and execution of media and marketing campaigns, including digital advertising and newsletter outreach.
  • Supporting event planning and logistics, such as venue booking, invitations, and follow-up communications.
  • Engaging in community outreach efforts to increase visibility and cultivate professional relationships.
  • Tracking and reporting engagement metrics and suggesting improvements based on data insights.

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, to promote the firm.
  • Basic knowledge of web content management and marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of how to use Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.

This is a part-time position, ideal for a candidate looking to work in a fast paced business environment.
